these ppl does just upset me 🫠 I spoke with a tier 2 office about my case , I asked so many questions as to why it's taking so long versus other cases , she give a very vague response however I even told her that I am willing to send any additional evidence regarding my case. she didn't even want that just told me to wait. SMH.

that's how they are that's y i.dont talk to them, each time I spoke with them they give less info than the regular customer service and you have to be pulling information from them @K 🇹🇹🏳️🌈
