Progress Tab
Well Lawfully family, after months of speculation I finally got confirmation from USCIS about the dreaded myProgress tab. I spoke with a live agent who stated that the timeline is VERY INACCURATE and that the system is experiencing glitches. He then provided me with the processing times link which we all know states that the average wait time for I-130 processing is 14 months. Why do I feel like I just learned that Santa Clause isn’t real? 🤣I’ll probably still check the tab daily out of habit and because it makes me feel like I’m getting closer. I’m also praying that we all get answers soon. Stay positive and connected everyone. Our time is coming soon. 🤗🙏🏼

this was most definitely 💯 true and I’m doing the same lol 😂 and I have been getting my progress tab change every week lately so It gives me hope after WAITING. My prayers to all of us

yea mine counted all the way down from 6 months and then it went to taking longer than expected to a brand new… 6 months! so yea it obviously meant nothing on the first countdown. I take it with a grain of salt. they will get to you when they get to you!!!

yea feeling exhausted of mind games, it’s draining but in the end of all this it’s all worth everything whatever outcome is there’s always a solution for everything
