congratulations. could you please tell me about the PD on your I-140 as well as your PD on your i485. this was really quick seeing that you submitted your request in October 11,2023.

@GEM msg and @Romario Pusey my PD is October 3, 2022. I waited till my I-140 got approved before submitting the I-485. I got RFE for Medical in December and responded January 5, 2024. I applied for EAD on February 5, 2024. Got EAD approved February 15, 2024 and Green card was approved today. Such an interesting timeline. Just keep the hope 🙏.

@WRV NIW ROW Yes it went to FO and I got the RFE from FO.

Congrats! Does anyone know if the case remains at nbc, whether it's far from getting a decision?

@WRV NIW ROW I didn't receive any updates about my case been transferred. I just got RFE from FO and responded to the RFE, that's how I know my case was sent to FO and I got approval today.

hey @J S what was the expiration on your work permit when it got approved on the 15th of Feb.

@Romario Pusey it is valid for 5 years. So it will expire 2029.
