I-485 Denial after Interview
Hi Everyone,
I am in a very critical situation. I received a letter from Uscis regarding denial of my I-485.
The reason stated being my non immigratant visa was revoked on July 8, 2020( my Priority date). Also accused of fraud or willfully misrepresenting a material fact.
My question is how can this be possible ?
I was issued EAD and AP after filing my i485 and I’ve been working for almost a year for my sponsor.
I had my interview completed in April 2023 and the status was stuck on -Interview was scheduled ever since.
Can someone please advise me on this ?
Anyone who has experienced such a scenario?
pls pls share your thoughts.

My I 131 was approved and it's valid from now to 2029.
I have no words but to simply say thank you Jesus. thank you my lord and king. Thank you El Roi, the God who sees me.
I was so discouraged and deleted the app, only for me to download it this morning and now I have been approved.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, no matter how hard or dark, our God Yahweh will never let us down. He is too Good.

good morning
everyday I check my USCIS account like everyone & it’s so frustrating reading I-485 : 4 weeks till decision & I-130 2 months till decision just for that same day in the afternoon to say I-485 4 months til decision & I-130 3 months until decision 🙃🙃🙃.
& talking to a live agent is so useless now, it’s like they like wasting our time. I think it’s in their job description 🙄
