GC delivered
When I come India in January 11 on Advance parole my GC approved and delivered on jan-12-24 meanwhile my cousin bring GC to India, my AP valid upto july 2nd 2024 please advise me how to proceed can I travel with my AP or GC? is it mandatory to visit immediately to USA after getting gc? Iam planing to visit USA on june 25 2024 is it ok or immediate travel?

@kgr k Congratulations!!! you don't need an AP anymore. you are a green card holder and free to come and go.
but may I suggest that if you are a green card holder your permanent residence is the usa not India. something to look in to specifically if you want to become a citizen. I am happy for you!!!

you can’t be out of the US for longer than 6 months a year as a GC holder. If you’re a GC holder you need to be living in, not visiting, the US or else it will be an issue later
