EAD approval on an average takes 11 months @ TSC. AP @ TSC takes infinite time because before the approval of AP Green card gets approved. For NBC, it takes 2-5 months for EAD and around 8-9 months for AP.

in my case at NBC, EAD took 5 months and AP was approved yesterday (14 months).

thanks @S SS and @Chocolaty Boy my application is at NBC. my case inquiry date is May 6th if I don’t hear back anything by then. I’m hoping that atleast after that they won’t take too long.

My husband’s (EB1-A) timeline was this: PD: November 27, 2023 Biometrics: December, 29, 2023 EAD approval: February 12, 2024 AP approval: February 13, 2024 Our case is at NSC Hope you get yours soon.

just got my ead approval today. biometrics was on Jan 12.

awesome, I’m also #eb1-2, had my biometric taken last week, answering a RFIE now (birth certificate and I-485j). This makes me hopeful to maybe have my EAD accepted by May/June
