You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

This delay is way more ridiculous. I don’t even know if you have a good attorney. by the way, do you have any lawyer representing you on this case ? if not, please hire one ASAP. You could have been a citizen by now with all the wait they made you go through.

@kulwinder singh Nothing other than waiting for a decision that can be mailed out to you within 90 days. Bur expect it before end of March.

Hi @M E even my case which is asylum based, has priority date. I can only see this priority date in lawfully timeline. Not sure how it can impact the processing.

I have the same thing since the 04/ 2019. Transfer to NBC (Albuquerque Uscis) RFE IN 11/2023. No response yet. E-request but the same answer your (Case is in the processing Time).We don't have nothing to do but wait and hope🙏
