just wait don’t rush this is the tex month wait for this 2023 year tex and submit current year tex anyway your rfe valid for almost 90 days so please don’t rush give them 2023 years w2 with all this year document believe me I have friends he do same thing and get approved

he may not have the tax transcript but did he already file? I would say have them file and at least submit the 1040 which can be printed immediately after filing along with their W2 @Michel Curley. they want the most recent tax year which is 2023 so ask them to go ahead and file. there’s no need to wait to file it’s the mid of February.
