My citizenship interview was on 9Jan everything went smoothly I passed the test and everything but officer didn’t gave an decision to my application saying I have some tax that I owe so
I was asked for following things
“
A signed agreement from the IRS, state, or local tax office showing that you have filed a tax return and arranged to pay the taxes you owe; and
Documentation from the IRS, state, or local tax office showing the current status of your repayment program.”
So I made a payment plan agreement with IRS they informed me they will sent me an confirmation letter but I never received one and the deadline to submit an application is Tomorrow Feb 12.
all I have is Only the transcript on my IRS profile that says my satus is current and I’m approved for payment plan agreement.Help plz
I765 Biometrics not received
i did apply for vawa(360) in july 2023 along with 765 and 485. i recently got biometrics appointment and receipt only shows biometrics for 360, 485 but not 765. i am not sure whether this is normal? and i dont know whether my 765 was applied with category of c09 or c31. i want to see if someone came across same scenario and got ead after biometrics
Interview wait time US Embassy London
Our I-130 was approved on December 28th 2023, case was created at NVC on January 2nd 2024 and we were documentary qualified in January 10th 2024. Does anyone know the wait time for the interview letter from the London embassy? Or has any recent experience to share? Thank you!

Well, not much moving as expected but how long this patterns can be changed? If you look at the VB in the every October it would turn to Current? Would this Category be current like before or I would be like Family Category never current and move slower than a turtle?
The total applicant waiting in this category is 26k if USCIS issues 4-5k per year. So it might took 5 years more to actually clear the backlog. Guys, if this October and January 2025, the movement advance still moves like this, we would never get GC. Please let me know what you guys think about this slow processing.

I submitted the cases from the month of 7/2022, and until now I am waiting for a response to I360, and I have not received an answer yet. My condition is very bad. There is no work or money. I need to get the work permit. What i cando? Please, if I go to the congressmen in Chicago, can he help me to faster my case Thank you all. And good luck
