Raising SR for Advance parole
Hi,
I got to know today processing time for AP for texas service center is reduced to 14 months and my application is pending since 15 months. while i tried raising SR it says i am still within normal processing time. I am clueless why i am seeing this, can any of you pls help. Also the case enquiry date is Dec 4 2024 which is insanely crazy and I am not sure if they have any connection. pls share some inputs.
I-131 Advance Parole Denied!!
I was so excited about my I-765 being approved on Thursday but I just got another update today saying I-131 denied. My lawyer says that’s unusual we just have to wait for the notice to see what it says. Nothing can be done till then. I am worried now and it also means I won’t be able to travel for probably another 2/3years 😳. I wish I didn’t have to go through all of this.😩
