New card is being produced ?
what does this mean, I just got an update on my I360 case that a new card is being produced. does this mean I got approved ? 😭😭 my case was originally denied? I sent in a I290b and now I got this update.

Is it safe to travel with appeoved I-765 while I-485; I-131; I-130 are still pending?
I applied family based green card last September and recieved my EAD card early January. The letter comes with EAD card states that you can travel with this EAD card without abandon your pending I-485 application. So, has anyone did that before and what happened? any problem re-entrying this country?
Appreciate if anyone share their knowledge and experience on this matter.

Finally approved after Visa Retrogression!
After a long wait, the approval has finally come. My case went into Case Remains Pending (CRP) last July after the visa bulletin regressed. I became current in January 1st, 2024 and got approved about a month later! Eveyone’s time is coming, hang in there!

Received my notification that my status changed from CRP to New Card is processed yesterday, I was utterly Chuffed, my God EL ROI at work. Just to encourage everyone waiting that you will celebrate too just as I'm doing. it is your time and your turn! Hang in there.
