My family and I just had our i-765 approved.
We are here in L1A, L4.
What does it mean in terms of the overall green card process?

New card is being produced
Hi everyone!
Is it normal to get the approval only for the i-765 and not the i-131?

I sent my medical exams since dec. 15 and my status is still “case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction”. My case is in San Diego and my PD is aug. 25. Is it normal? nothing changes…

N-400/I-751
Hi everyone, I just sent my N-400 online
January 21, 2024. I got NOA & Biometrics reuse January 21, 2024. But it says they will have a decision approx. 4 months.. so I applied under the 3 year role, and still have my I-751 pending for a year now. I don't know how this will play out? will I have a combo interview? or what do you guys think they do with this situations?
COMBO CARD
Good Evening Everyone, my combo card was approved late last year. My question is what are the risk of me traveling out of the country to go home and visit The Bahamas to see family for just a week seen that a family member has passed away? If I’m denied entry will they cancel my I-485 card that’s in processing and not be allowed back into the United States? I want to also point out that my I-130 is approved over a year ago so I’m only waiting for my I-485. Late last year my lawyer said if I don’t have to travel she’d recommend I didn’t and again if I can’t go I’ll be okay but it’s been almost 4 years an just would like to know what’s the risk? Another question is it possible to expedite a I-485?

Filing Taxes
If we got married and submitted our paper work to USCIS, do I file married filing separately or married filing jointly if my spouse lives in a different country?
