I-131 Advance Parole Denied!!
I was so excited about my I-765 being approved on Thursday but I just got another update today saying I-131 denied. My lawyer says that’s unusual we just have to wait for the notice to see what it says. Nothing can be done till then. I am worried now and it also means I won’t be able to travel for probably another 2/3years 😳. I wish I didn’t have to go through all of this.😩

@U d Yes, my previous asylum case triggered removal but when we got to court the judge dismissed it without discretion because I had a US spouse then. Years later I find out, all it did was put it on hold not completely close it. So now I’m filing prosecutorial discretion with the same court to completely close it because my I-485 will be denied as well . That’s another $3k 😩
