Advance parole / EB1 / EAD
Hi community,
Today, I received my EAD card.
I have to travel to my country in 1 month for an important matter, but I haven’t received the advance parole yet. The I-131 and I-485 are still in process.
Do you know if I can still travel with my O1 visa active until Dec-2024?
What could be the worst-case scenario?

Is there a reason some people get approved faster than others. I see people getting approved in 100 days or less after their application while others have been waiting for over 500 days.
I've been waiting over 454 days, i jus got my work authorization 90 days ago and that is after I reached out to the congressman's office to contact USCIS about my case. about 3 weeks ago, their website said my processing time is 1 week, today it went back to saying "uscis is reviewing your case" why is this happening, I've submitted all the necessary documents they need.
6 months and still no response...
Greetings to the entire community from Colombia! I know that response times depend on certain variables, but I would like to know if anyone else is waiting for a response to their I-140 from the Nebraska service center, after 6 months of submitting the application. It seems that in Texas or Vermont they are a little more agile. Thank you all
