It requires plenty of Patience and Faith
sharing this timeline, after more than 1 year and half. I just got my EAD, not even combo card. Way back 2021 started my 1st application with a paralegal, while i485 USCIS asked for RFE I gathered it sent it to Paralegal Asap, in short he did not sent it on time. i got rejected on my birthday June last 2022. i had to start all over again July this time with a real Lawyer. after sending new application after 3weeks got my receipts after that nothing else followed. I had my ups and downs, my husband was a big factor of how I handle the stress and worries why is that my case is not moving at all. so my lawyer started inquiry 4times, last time was last week November 2023 fast forward January 10, i485 actively reviewing, January 12 i765 standalone approval 🙏🏼 I cried, a release of emotions, a relief. finally! January 13 SSN came in the mail while still waiting for EAD to come. Everyone, all cases and luck at this point in my pov are different. some like me have been waiting feels like forever, many have applied and 3months have their GC. We just have to keep going, keep the faith alive. We got this, don't stress out on the things you can't control. I know it is worth the wait. Claiming it! I will be a resident this year! 🙏🏼 🇺🇸🇵🇭 does anyone has a timeline like me? leave a comment we have to comfort one another. does anyone knows i485 and i130 timeline after you get EAD? please comment would appreciate it so much. 🙏🏼
