I-485 Expedited Request Approved
Been a nightmare process thus far, but managed to get congress rep to request an expedite, which was approved by USCIS on Feb 1st.
Anybody experienced an expedited approval? my case has remained pending since May 2023. I became current Jan 1st 2024 - no status change or anything.
Hoping the expedited approval actually means something…anyone gone through similar, please do let me know!
Trying to Upgrate from F2A to IR1
has anybody here successfully updated their case from F2A to IR1 ?? how did you do it ?
my husband because a USC recently and I’ve been trying to update my category.
1. sent a letter by mail with naturalization certificate.
2. updated the letter and certificate on my online account.
3.made 2 service request online.
4. talked over the phone with a USCIS agent and made a 3rd service request, but I think she didn’t understand what I needed….
well… none of these things have worked. any suggestions????

Hi. I’m a language teacher with two masters, two publications and I am a PHD candidate that I’m about to finish. I have more than 20 yrs of experience plus speaker in conferences.I applied for an EB2-NIW in Nebraska after 6 months I got an RFE about the 3 prongs. My lawyer does not want me to apply for premium processing. Do you think I have the chance to get approved? Do I change lawyers?
N400 with a pending I751
I had a combo interview on my N400 and I751 application sometime in May 2023. The interview went well according to my attorney as I and my spouse were interview separately. However the officer was unable to make a decision till date and presently my case status status on my I-751 application states that case my case have been transferred.
2 days ago I tried to check the case status for my minor kids who have a pendng adjustment of status application filed by my wife and the status states that interview was scheduled for them. Please anyone with such experience, please kindly share with me your experience and if I need to go with current paperwork as regards to my marriage.
