I want to know exactly what to ask

first write talk to an agent. Select connect to live chat. say you don’t have receipt number. Once connected to live agent, provide information they ask for ro verify your identity. Then when they ask what do you need help with ask for receipt numbers. If receipt numbers have been generated they will give those information to you and the date they have mailed you the receipt notice

@E E since mine is renwal, no check.

@E E same case here, surprisingly, the USPS tracking number still shows that the item was delivered at p.o.box and it is still available there 😀. it is equally past 3 weeks since I filed I 485 to Dallas center and no response neither cashing their money. I tried Emma and it connected me to a live agent who said couldn't help without a receipt number. update us for any changes

@sim k I hope we hear back soon; just getting the Notice of Action is taking forever.

@NB K Have you received your notice of action? it’s over 30 days for me. They charged me $1225 for the green card but they refunded it immediately. I am confused.

ehhh, this is unheard of @E E , when did they charge it and when did they refund it? I am yet to hear from them

@sim k February 26th 2:13 am. They refunded it within a minute. They haven’t created any case number for me till date.

@E E it is quite hard to analyze and understand! I am thinking it might be because of the priority date, when was your priority date?

@E E I heard back from them, my petition for AOS was rejected because my of my PD, I have Jan 2024😀. I was told it is not current and consequently incorrect filing fees. I have resorted to filing only for I 765 and I 131 in the meantime. Have you checked them out?

@sim k I also heard back and mine was rejected because of filing fees as well.

@E E how much had you filed? what was wrong with the fee? After April 1st, fees will increase. I submitted 630 for I 131 and 410 for I 765, hopefully this time it is okay
