Wait for greencard to start work?
To all Eb3 unskilled, anyone who has EAD approved but decided to wait untill greencard approval to start working for the sponsor?
Would there be any problem by law?
Attorney said it’s ok, but still want to hear your inputs.

@a t T working with GC EAD would mean that you would be exercising the benefits provided as part of the AOS application, which means that it is alright to start working. If you have a current work visa/EAD, continue to use that. I'd keep lawyers in the loop. To be safe, consult another lawyer to be safe. In the rare case that AOS is rejected, this EAD will be invalid.

If you have an interview, what will you tell the officer? The company is sponsoring you, went through the entire LC process, I-140, and now that you have authorization to work, what happened?
