a visitor visa ! on the I-485 it ask if he disobeyed the law which for visitor visa he not suppose to work. so I still dont need a pardon ?

Any unauthorized period of employment on a vistors visa and married to a US citizen is forgiven. It is important though to make sure to be honest on the i485. Good luck!

@braithney b if you are a usc, it won't be an issue... if you are a LPR, that would be a real issue
