apparently, there's a new crackdown by uscis for anyone that overstayed their visa . hopefully it doesn't impact on pending applications

Everything is so confusing! They transferred our case from Texas to Nebraska, again at almost 18 months it is in Texas.

anyone has ever experienced this before. so in rec 2023 I submitted my complete AOS PACKAGE (i130&i485) few months later I switched to vawa(I1360) for obvious reasons. I sent a letter of abeyance for i485 to NBC, November of 2024 they approved my AOS (i130&i485) and the December I received a prime facia for my vawa. my vawa is still pending, what does someone do in this case please, I got a 2 years conditional GC. I also only filed i1360 . #vawa #marriagebase
