I130 approved and my merit hearing is scheduled on April 25th 2024. what is going to happen?

Hi 👋 there! I have an approved I-130 based on marriage with us citizen. My lawyer filed a motion to dismiss my removal proceedings a month ago and the government’s attorney has signed it but the judge didn’t sign it yet and my appointment for the merit hearing is scheduled on April 25th 2024. I would like to know more about interview with the judge. thanks

I-131 Case Closed

Hi! I checked my I-131 case status today and it says “Case Close” without any other information. Nothing in the Case History or Documents tab. I filed together with I-130, I-485, and I-765. I also checked the documents tab under I-765 but no updates. What does that mean? I am worried it got rejected. Has anyone had this before? Thank you!

USCIS RFE. however, my lawyer has not yet sent all evidence we provided to the firm yet. for some weird reason it is showing as now actively reviewing. has anyone experienced this with I-130 and I-485?
