I called tier 1 agent about 3 weeks back, mentioned that the case is CRP while the date is current. She raised a request for Tier 2 agent call back. I got the T2 call last week and he sent an inquiry to the officer the case was assigned. I am positive that it helped. PD Jan 2021, RD Mar 2023, EB1 India, ported from EB2

@another guy on visa Bro., how did you port ? I have also got an approval from EB-2 NIW. Awating for EB1 i-140 response from uscis since 8 months; since my PD is Sep'23 and I am current in EB1 but not for EB2. I am doubtful if I apply for porting and it becomes like I lose my rights in EB2-NIW if things go negative. How did you manage this complexity ?
