Hello everyone just want to share my EB3 I485 just got approved today. Here is my timeline. My PD is October 11, 2022. My case just turn current this month after being CRP for 4 months. Don't lose hope!

Sharing Experience on i-824 Expedited Approval
Due to selecting both Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing we had to file I-824 at Potomac SC.
Here's our timeline for idea:

First Expedite request via call: November 29, 2023 (no decision for 3 months)
Reached Local Congressmen to Request Expedite: March 6, 2024
Congressmen Replied USCIS accepted Request: April 2, 2024
i130 Reopened: April 3, 2024
i130 Actively Being Reviewed: April 4, 2024
i824 Approved: April 4, 2024
i130 Approved again: April 5, 2024
i130 Sent to DOS: April 8, 2024
Received Welcome Letter from NVC: April 10, 2024
USC petitioner, SC: Potomac
Expedite Reason: Health crisis followed by resignation from job of the petitioner
Now we're on NVC stage, upon completion I'll update on another post, wish us good luck guys.

Travel on AP recommended?
would you recommend traveling on AP to home country? we would only stay a week to get to see my family!
my conditions:
+ overstayed visa 4 years (married/filed on year 4)
+ pending I130 + I485 - filed concurrently, but lawyer advised against sending in bonafide evidence until asked for.
+ no criminal background
any question please feel free to ask and would love to hear experiences from anyone with similar situation!
Background Check for Job
hello everyone,
I got an offer for a job that starts June 3rd and they just sent me an email regarding them completing a background check. I already have a social from previous filing. Wouid the background check also consist of them running to see if I am verified to work ? I am still waiting for my EAD card and it is currently at 167 days of wait. I already expedited with congressman but waiting for USCIS reply. but I am hopeful to get the card before the start of the job. Should I accept the offer letter so they can do the background check? Has anyone gone through a similar issue ? Please help :(

Indian EB1A - my PD is June 2023, far from being current. what does this email mean?
Location change
My I485 is in progress and it was transferred fron TSC to NBC and there was one more status update and current status is‘Case Transferred to another office and new office has Jurisdiction for your case’.
My question is- due to my current residence address, it must have been with relavant Field Office. If I change my address within the state, will FO will change again leading to delay?
