No Update in Account
I have received an email from USCIS stating that They have taken some action on my case and I need to login into my account to see. But when I checked my account there was no update at all. I checked with Live agent through chat and he told me that my case maybe went for final process nothing more they told.
Do anyone here experienced the same? and if so what it could be and how long it takes to get update on live account? #greencard #i130 #Marriage #Visa #Fiance #Wife #Husband #VAWA #Visabulliton

After tons of refreshing and reloading USCIS account in last 50 days I Finally see the update, “New Card Is Being Produced” 🙏
Below is the Timeline. It was concurrent filling. PD was Oct 26th 2022.

Card Being Produced
Today I received great news. My card EAD (C09) is being produced.
Is it a combo card? I don’t know because my I 131 status remains the same ‘ case was transferred to Vermont’
I must say I reached out to my local congressman office last week, they put in my request and today a representative called me stating that USCIS said my signature isn’t the same and I needed to send a copy of my passport. I did that immediately and a hour later I saw a the notification ‘New Card Is Being Produced’
God came through for me, time and again he’s there. I’m truly grateful. I can work and move around while waiting 🙌
Travel with I131 and green card (NO HOME PASSPORT)
Hey, i'd like to see if someone recently granted asylum and have a green card or asylum document and form i-131 traveled abroad (travel passport).
How do you buy a tickets and what is the steps for you to exit and enter back in U.S.
Please, if you already flew somewhere with asylum case and approved i-131 let me know how was it. What country can we fly without visa (i know some websites but i really don't trust them until i see someone really flew there) (as i know right now Netherlands is open for asylum ppl.
I don't plan to stay there more than a month.
Also if i flew to Amsterdam can i just take a train to other cities in Europe since i guess no one is checking where you going inside of Europe. ( i'm not going to my home country)
i have already my green card after asylum and currently waiting for my travel passport (more than a year)
So would like to travel as soon as i get it.

Hi everyone, I’m a bit worried I just got a 2nd notification that my i130 is being reviewed by USCIS . I login into my USCIS account and under documents tab says I have been denied and are requesting of evidence , it also says 5 months until decision . I have been approved for a combo card since dec 2023. what does this mean? why was my i130 denied
