NBC "MSC" Receipt Notice
Hi everyone, Please does USCIS ever assign concurrently filled AOS (i.e. before I-140 approval) a receipt no with "MSC" = National Benefit Center (NBC)? Or are receipt no of such cases usually assigned to either Texas or Nebraska before it is then transferred to NBC after I-140 approval? Please your thoughts and experiences are appreciated. Thanks!

i-140 in aug 23 SRC i-485/i-131/i-765 in October 23 got NBC i-140 was approved in March 24

@Harry Green, thanks for sharing. In order words, any application can get NBC......it isn't for only applications with approved I-140!

@B J, thanks for sharing. But what does that mean? If every application is assigned to NBC, does it mean they will be transferred to a field office to balance load?
