My case is currently pending at the LIN service center and my priority date became current as of today. I was told by my HR department that the case should be transferred to the Detroit office since my company and I are based in Metro Detroit.
Is that true? should I expect the case to be transferred or will it be processed at the LIN service center directly?
i-485 denied on 10/05/2023. applied for i-290b
my i-485 got denied on 10/05/2023 due to medical examination missing at USCIS office which I had earlier submitted. I then applied for i-290b motion to reopen and reconsider which was received/ active reviewing since 11/01/2023. How long can I wait for approval or what can I do to expedite it.
I-765 Inquiry without a response after 30 business days
I am waiting my employment authorization 21 months ago. I apply a inquiry, but I have not received a response. I have some economic challenges. I-765 appears received and I-131 with biometrics. Do you have any suggestions?

ZNY receipt number. Which service center is it?
Hello everyone. I googled the service center for ZNY, but there's no information about it. Does anyone else have their case number with ZNY? I filed in Brooklyn, NY.
When I try adding my case to my account, the case can't be found but the online tracking shows “next step is interview”.

USCIS time estimate
Hi everyone, I filed April 1st 2023. As at October our case was moved up to 7 months, and today April 1st it was to moved to another 8 months. Does this mean I’ll have to wait till Dec, or is there anyone whose timelines showed like this on their online account, but they got approval before the 8 months?

Country of Chargeability- India.
Any experience with this Situation with the members?
Cannot raise the SR since its within the processing time.

How do I place a service request to National Benefits Center?
My case was transferred to National Benefits Center in March 2023 from original service center. I received medical RFE and responded in January 2024. I haven’t received any status updates since then even though more than 60 days have passed since I responded to my medical RFE. I am going to place a service request, however National Benefits Center is not listed in the drop down menu of the service request form. What do I do in this case? Do I choose my original service center instead? #eb2niw
