RFE Completed in January 2024
RFE was completed in January and as of today, I still have to wait 3 months even though my case was sent to the field office. Case was filed in August 2023. I was wondering if anyone else who has completed RFE, when they received a response of next steps?

@Nattlestar K I ask Emma they said RFE is not issue to you ! sent medical with documents! and my 485 is transferred to Spokane Washington ! my local field office is Greer South Carolina

my RFE was received at NBC 7 months ago. nothing not even a transfer to field office. it literally makes no sense who gets transferred and approved fast. just wait 🙃
