every case is different , it’s honestly hard to say

they responded to my I130 exactly 2 weeks after receiving it. it was at a field office.

mines was received by USCIS May2 and I got approved may9

@thh ooo It depends on the officer in charge of the file. I got a NOID too in December, I responded in January. Have not heard anything from them since Jan 3rd. I know someone that got approved after 2months, someone got denied after 3months. Cases are different. We can only hope and pray. Good luck

@thh ooo yes hun it took exactly 2 weeks for me. some persons got a decision quicker and some got it months later. it’s all up to the officer. just make sure you submit string evidence

2 weeks ,, i got a schedule interview notice after two weeks

yes but its my first interview @thh ooo

our lawyer didnt allow us to send evidence later or submit any,, he said if they need evidence they will send rfe ,,, so we got a noid because of him

@lulu 369 wow maybe you should change lawyer if such repeats itself and 2 weeks wait after submitting your NOID response is not bad at all

I answered the noid alone and sent everything, he didnt even blame himself ,, iam not dealing with him again @thh ooo
