Hello, my online status and my wife is changed to RFE was sent to you. my wife is the main applicant and I’m a dependent. she got her RFE by mail 11 days ago. I requested a new one as they they mentioned on the status to Re request a new one if it’s not arrrived by April 24th. So I have to wait again ? Is there a way to get it by email from Emma, as I’m a dependent and not the main applicant ? Thanks

Did anyone with Sep'22 PD get approved recently after RFE? My RFE (I-693) was delivered >90 days ago but no movement ever since (case status: RFE request sent). Case was in NBC but RFE request came from non-local FO.

New card is being produced for self and spouse. Biometrics were reused from spouse’s case, which is in CRP for 2 years.

my I485 has been pending since 8/17/2021. i really wanna try a expedite request because i cant keep waiting. has anyone had success expediting I-485? for context there was a problem with my case that caused it to be delayed, but a lawyer took care of it so there is no problem now. but i just keep waiting
