i130 approved, no sign of i485 on USCIS portal?
I am a US citizen. My husband is from Peru and has lived in the US since 2003 and has been on DACA since it was created.
We have a lawyer who filed i130 and i485 for us in March 2023. The i130 just got approved after a RFE in January 2024.
However, the 485 hasn’t shown up on the USCIS portal nor was it associated with the case number when I started using Lawfully. They lawyer’s assistant said “we have to wait for the I-485 adjustment of status to be approved. we can’t provide you with an estimated time because USCIS has until January 29, 2025 to respond.”
Can someone help me understand what this all means? Has USCIS started processing 485 or does the lack of inclusion in the portal indicate no one has looked at it yet?

Attention, konnen kisa pou nou fè leu email la tonbe
mwen remarke gen anpil moun ki selman ap tann email men yo pa ko konnen kisa pou yo fè leu email la vini.
pandan nap dekouraje a, pandan nap plede di patience nou bout pito nou chache konnen kisa pou nou fè leu email la tonbe pou nou pa lakoz nou pa otorize.
si sponsor mete nou group se konsa tou pou nou fè CBP a. pa kouri fèl poukont ou konl tonbe a pandan lot moun yo pa la. se tout moun yo ki pou reuni epi yon moun fè CBP a pou group la. leu sa tout moun la ap kapab scane foto e passport yon apre lot epi voye yo ale ansanm, epi nou tout ap otorize ansanm.
I-485 Status moved to Fingerprint Taken After Approval
My case was approved back in February 4, 2024. Since then no action was taken. I called USCIS about the issue, they said they will open a case on it on my behalf. I sent a mail to VSC too about it. I also reached out to a Senator and she inquired about the case on April 3, 2024.
On April 4, I realized my case moved to fingerprint was taken. I’m hoping in a few days time it’ll be good news, based on these experiences below:

I-129F and I-130
Hello friends,
I need your honest advise. We applied I-129F in August 2023 then 7 months later we received a feedback from USCIS asking for RFE (Request For Evidence) of the beneficiary but no further requirements needed from the petitioner. Then we got married legally after a month in the USA.
Could you please let us know if we should still continue the I-129F and submit the required documents the USCIS is asking such as RFE or can we just ignore it and apply for I-130 instead or we can apply both which means submitting the requirements of the RFE and file a new application under I-129F?
Many thanks!
Apropos d'un case not confirmed
f2b
I just finished my interview 2w ago as I485 under f2b category, pd 09/2016 and been staying here as F1 visa, I already had combo card. The officer just told me to go home and he would finish my case. By the time I was waiting for my interview at USCIS I recieved Interview canceled notice, but the officer still called me in for my interview, then my attorney said that because my document hadn't been sent to the local office for my interview that's why they canceled. And now after 2 weeks I still not recieve any news from them. Do you guys think I can stop school right now? Any advice? Thanks
