Marriage green card interview
Hi everyone, I got my marriage gree card interview a week ago , buf the officer told us that the national benefit center didn't send him my files, but since he have it electronically he let us come for the interview and then when he received the file he will just have to confirm his decision so I was wondering if anyone had the same experience. For him he is expecting to get the file in like 3 weeks

what file?? your AOS file or your asylum file??

same happened to me! we got there for the interview and he said that didn’t have my files (but he was sure that was somewhere in the building) after that, he made all the questions and said that we were approved. it is been 9 days

the AOS file, he said everything looks good but they asked them to wait until they received the file from the NBC to approve or not, and it may take 3 weeks for him to get it but for sure when the file arrives he will be the one the make a decision, he said they wanted to cancel the interview but since he also have the file electronically scanned so he just decided to let us come for the interview and then wait , I hope he is right
