please my wife and I got married here in Italy I base here in Italy milano precisely why she's an America citizen .. our i-130 have been approved now we are on DS-260 .. now I have submitted all the my civil documents but they just rejected my marriage certificate I don't know what to do or if it's requires translation or pastille I don't know or more stamps from other offices to authorize it I still don't know can anybody who have ideas or who have done the process from Italy to update me about it I will be very grateful please I need a help please guys thanks

NVC rejected my marriage certificate
I base and got married here in Italy and my wife is an citizen we both got married here but now I submitted all my civil documents which I got from milano (italy) but all was accepted but my marriage certificate was rejected I don't know who have passed this process from Italy I need some help so that I can what to do I don't know why the certificate is rejected maybe I do need more stamps from some offices or translation I really don't know bcos we are filling it by ourself please guys I need help thanks

I’m currently on an L1-A visa and I’m still waiting for my i-485/i-131/i-765 approval. I am planning to travel to Canada by the end of May, will that impact my case and should I just cancel my trip?

The journey is over! Case approved and new card is being produced!
Finally my case was approved after long and rocky journey! I am now waiting for a physical card to arrive in my mail!

administrative processing IR1 visa consulate
1) Interview went well but we missed 2 documents so were placed on administrative processing and told to bring the 2 documents back.
2) the following week we took the documents in as requested - they then took my husbands passport and gave him a slip that says “to collect your passport and visa …”
3) haven’t heard anything since
question : since they took his passport does this mean he has been approved for the visa and now we just wait for the call to collect it? or is this normal that they take your passport for months at a time?
waiting on my daughter case
Guys help me pray for my daughter I’ve been applying for her since she was six years old, the first application was cancel and then now I reapplied For her April 2021 they never told me anything about the case. They said they sent it to Nvc, so I’m waiting guys for now. The problem is the person who keep her for me is now sick so I don’t know what to do. She’s 16 and I don’t want her to be over 18 on my Country please help me pray because I don’t know what to do she’s just a little girl.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

my US spouse is in the National Guard and will be deployed for a one year. I am not going with him but I will be moving back to my family in a. different state for one year. I am wondering if what will happen if they request me for an interview? or can I request to expedite my case based on these circumstances before he leaves in case there is an interview? I am removing conditions by the way
I will be eligible to apply for N-400 and my spouse will still be gone by then
