hello community, I belong to India where as my spouse is ROW , we both applied I 485 on oct 2 2023 with pd august 2022 . I got RFE for marriage on Jan 20 and I have responded to it . Now my question is how can I confirm am in ROW row not in India .. .. currently my spouse application is CRP well as mine is” correspondence recieved ,reviewing it “#crosschargebility

Hi everyone,
PD Date: July 5, 2022, CRP since November 2023.
If our employers complete the required sections, can we independently fill out and submit the i-485 J supplement form without the assistance of a lawyer?
Also, do we have to wait for the form to be accepted, or can we begin working with new employers immediately after submitting I-485? Can anyone please share their experience?

Has anyone contacted the congressman regarding the long wait for Form I-131? I've been waiting for more than 594 days without answers. My PD is May 2021 and I will only be able to do a new inquiry in August. In August we will complete 27 months of waiting 😭
