yea you should use those reasons. try going through your local congressperson. more likely to get expedited. best of luck

Besides Congressmen, try to call uscis everyday! you dont know who you might talk to that will just process your expidite

thanks Kim, I have called numerous times and just get the same answer, “you have to wait for us to send you any additional information or approval/denial notice”. I’ve also read that USCIS don’t expedite the I-485 process, and it’s unlikely with a standard request they would even consider expediting it.
