I just wondering that in present situation most of the religious worker can’t wait PD coming they’ll leave the USA, because 5years R1 expired. they can’t continue work for church, they also can’t proof the back up job state correctly.How is the USCIS to do with this case?

did you submit medicals along with I485 package? why I'm asking is I submitted my Application with medicals (May 2022) got an rfe back Jan 2023 for same as yours but now it's been two years will they ask for medicals again??
