was it a joint motion with ICE if not maybe ICE refused to join in the motion that’s why it was scheduled. anyways he might grant your greencard in court.

@bogata bogata I can relate to this. I had an individual heating today and asked the prosecutor to join a motion to dismiss the case, both judge and prosecutor agreed to it. I think you might have a huge change to get it dismissed. notice that my vawa isn’t approved yet but DHS still join the motion. my best advise is speak to your lawyer and keep pushing to get your case dismissed.

@Romeo riv thank you for sharing your experienced. Yes, my lawyer already ask to terminate my case and we are hopeful that the Judge would terminate it.
