Case Inquiry
Tier 2 officer called back and said I need to go to field office and scheduled a appointment for me to know the status of my VAWA case. Has any one went to their local field office regarding their VAWA case and what information they give you. please provide me with some insights. Thank you 🙏 and god bless all.
Transferred to Cincinnati (non-local)
I was transferred to Cincinnati (non local) in early March but nothing yet. No CRP so far (PD July 2022/ROW). How long does it take once it’s transferred to FO 🥺? Anybody else transferred to Cincinnati by any chance?

petition for adopted kids
I have a question, I am married to American Citizen we are turning 2 years in july since we got marrie. . I am waiting for my green card. I did my green card interview on the 4th of January 2024..
my husband adopted my kids. legally my kids are my husband kids. my kids are using the last name of my husband.
during Easter holiday my husband invited the kids to come and spend holiday with us, but their visas were denied based on that I don't have a green card. they said the kids need to wait for my green card before they come here.
my question is can my husband go ahead and petition them while am still waiting for my green card or I should wait for my green card to come out so that we can petition them together. I miss my kids alot. the first one is 15 and the last one is 11 years.
waiting for your help and guidance from anyone who can help with this.

This has to be a joke 😭
MyProgress went down to 1 week, then it said it’s taking longer than expected for an entire month. Now it says “18 months”. has anyone experienced this? I’m frustrated and worried.

Becoming a Citizen during I 485 still pending
I just became a citizen almost a year ago and my lawyer told me I didn’t have to do anything and that Uscis will automatically change my status for me which turned out to be not true.
My lawyer claims she sent out my copy of my passport to us is but no response( this was 2 months ago)
I reached out to Emma today and was told that since my wife’s I130 was approved 3 months ago, there is nothing I can do to change the status of the i485 anymore. ( I wanted to quicken the process now that I am a citizen).
What should I do now?
