2 Years Green Card
Good Morning everyone,
I have a question, please. What happens when it’s time to renew your 2 years Green Card based on marriage but you haven't yet gotten your divorce and you are living separately with your partner and he or she won't sign for you?

you can self petition with a waiver to remove condition on your green card. You don't necessarily need her to sign. Consult a lawyer, they will tell you all you need to know.

If there's been a history of you been abused by your spouse, there is VAWA. However, reach out to a lawyer. There is this St Louis MO-based lawyer who has a daily show on Youtube, his name is Jim Hacking (today at 5pm ET) where you can call and ask for any immigration related questions, he'll answer. He is very knowledgeable.
