EB-2 NIW Priority Date - ROW
Hi,
I have an approved I-140 (EB2 NIW ROW) and my priority date is June 2023. My issue is that my i-94 with my non-immigrant visa (e2) runs out in April-2025.
What are the chances of my priority date becoming chrrent with enough time to submit i-485 and get temp travel documents, or should i prepare myself for some time back in europe whilst i wait on the prioirty date / i-485…..
I know that nobody knows for sure but interested to get others thoughts.

you cannot file a i485 if you come back to Europe. you need to transfer your application and apply through your consulate.
