Hey, I found a possible new sponsor for my portability and my new sponsor wants to know what documentation is usually asked before we can move forward. If someone can help me please 🙏🏻 I told them that they need to sign the i485 if I receive a RFE or if I have an interview, but they want to have more information and if there are more documentation required from them. I asked Envoy about it but no answer yet.

@eb3 unskilled muito obrigada. Você sabe se USCIS solicita algo além do i485 assinado por eles? Eu estava com medo do meu atual sponsor withdraw meu i140 e me dar problema mas pelo q fui informada, como já estou com i485 a mais de 180 dias pending, mesmo que eles “cancelem” meu i140, não terei nenhum problema.
