I just get a speeding ticket I was driving in the 80
In the fastest truck,
I scared it go to my record
But the officer, he say you could pay it
Go to the court
Or go to traffic school
Now with this new administration
I heard the speeding ticket is like a crime
How I can remove this from my record and your recommendation, please
is good I give it to lawyer and take it out
Or Hi buy , and I got traffic to school and remove from my record

i have emailed my senator office yesterday and today i got an approval.

Also is this a good sign or bad sign
How many pages was your Request for Evidence before you got approved or denied?
I just received an 5-page RFE and I’m trying to see if there’s any pattern. From what I’m noticing, it seems like when USCIS is really investigating a case or leaning toward denial, they send a very long and detailed RFE instead of a short one.
Would love to hear:
• how many pages your RFE was
• what they asked for (roughly)
• and what the final outcome was
Just trying to understand if long RFEs usually mean trouble or if people still get approved after them.
My case was transferred
Hi everyone, I filled for VAWA on November,2022
I got notification on the app that my case was transferred twice within a week and I received two different letters from USCIS first one was about transferring my case from Vermont to the National benefits center and the second transfer was back to Vermont! just few days after that I saw the PFD renewal in my mail!
did that happen to anyone here?
