Has anyone contacted their state senator with any results?
Hi, i’ve seen a couple of people mentioned calling or emailing their local senator looking to expedite their cases but has anyone actually successfully had their case processed quicker?

I contacted the congressman for my state and last update I got I that USCIS is pretty much trying to catch up with inquiries, so it might take a while before USCIS responds to them. I still haven't gotten a response, submitted my inquiry two months ago

About 2 years ago I filled the form for my representative about I-140 being slow. It got approved 3 days later. I have also complained about I-485 a least 3times and each time I got a generic answer back. last time they followed up with USCIS was in April and month later my case moved to the local office (not sure if this was related or if it was just my time ).

@Me Me is it better to be moved to local office?

@Karen N I started in Texas and got moved to NBC after 7 months. I was stuck in NBC for 2 years and when it’s finally your turn they sent it a field office. So field office should be a good news!
