“Update: I just logged in to my wife’s account and found the I-130 approval notice on documents tab but the status didn’t change or didn’t receive a notification on email, does that mean my I-485 will be approved soon too?
Hello everyone! I just did my interview like an hour ago. Arrived there 10:30 and got in around 10:50 and it lasted around 25-30 minutes. The questions were easy and straightforward! “how did you guys meet” “who made the first move” “what did you guys do in the first date” “when did it become official” “when did you guys get married” “who attended the wedding” “where did you propose” “who’s living with you guys” “where do you guys live” “where did you go in your honeymoon” and then Yes or no questions for my I-485. I provided more pictures of us and reservations copies for the honeymoon flight and hotel. Then she said she’s gonna review my applications more and let me know if she needs more evidence and if not you should receive your approval in 2 weeks. Tucson AZ FO

Greencard Interview Atlanta office no decision
Hi All, has anyone interviewed for green card application in the Atlanta office around early July? I still haven’t received a decision and it’s been more than 4 months. in the online portal my application just says “Interview Scheduled” for both cases

hello! I’m a dependent on my mom’s VAWA case. we’re almost at 3 years and 3 months. a few months ago, she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and the wait has been really hard and it impacts how she feels. I was wondering if that would be a good reason to expedite our case? I’m not sure if they would accept it. thanks!

I-824 Question: Case Sent to NVC, Do I Still Need to Wait for I-824 Approval?
Hi everyone,
A bit confused about my IR1 visa status and would appreciate any insight.
· I applied for my IR1 visa on August 16, 2023.
· It was approved on February 14, 2025, but with a mistake—they had the wrong embassy for my interview.
· To fix this, I filed Form I-824 in March 2025.
· Today, I got a notification that my case has been sent to the NVC for visa processing.
My big question is: Does this mean my I-824 has been approved and the issue is fixed, or do I still need to wait for a separate I-824 approval notice?

I-730 beneficiary arrival in the US
Did anybody’s family recently arrive the US upon I-730 approval? How long did it take to get a work permit? Mine submitted I-765 as part of a sealed envelope at port of entry and we have not received a receipt letter for three months and I do not know how to check the status. Any information would be helpful.
can you please tell me how long it takes to update status online, my interview was yesterday and it got approved on spot but it still hasn’t updated online
