Our case was approved today. i130 F2A, LPR filling for spouse. I did a Writ in April, got RFE May 23rd, replied to RFE on 27th May. Approval June 15th. Writ was filed by lawyer. I did not seek help from a congressman. Just filed the writ. Good luck everyone!

when did you the summons were delivered? I filled last month for my I-130 as well and summons were delivered May 18 and I had an api change update today! hoping I hear something soon! did you also get parcel update?
