RETURNED RFE.
Please I have a question for a friend, she was sent a RFE, but she never received it even after her address with USCIS over a year ago. The lawyer told her the letter was returned. If you have been in this situation, how were you able to sort it out. She is so worried that her case might be denied due to her inability to respond.

I submitted my EB1 I 140 petition with premium processing and my petition was delivered to USCIS on April 5th, 9 days ago. I still did not receive a text message/email receipt. My lawyer said I will be the one who receives e receipt notification from USCIS. Does anyone know how long does it take to recieve an e receipt? Is it usually sent to the lawyer? or the petitioner?

Anyone have any tips for the interview ? Mine is coming up in a week and I’m both excited and nervous. Do they tell you at the interview if you are approved? Also, anyone knows how long before they issue visa if the interview is successful!?

does USCIS always request latest tax return in the year of approval?
I provided my husbands 2022 tax return for the affidavit of support last year for my May 2033 PD submission. What are the chances they request 2023 before approval? my husband is self employed and he had a ton of eligible expenses in 2023 that I want to take advantage of but I’m nervous in case he needs to qualify for me. thanks!
HI BLESSED FOLKS...ONE QUESTION...
I have vawa pending since June 2021. I sent all the proofs they require for vawa...marriage certificate, pics, card statements together, proof of residence together, psychological report, police clearance and lots of proofs(texts) of his abuse. Screenshot from abusive videos of him with his disabled patients on front of me...I have 4 prima facies already and have my work permit expiring in August. I'm planning to renew it but also I want to file for an advance parole to get a combo card instead of just regular work permit. My case will be turning 3 years in June...BUT there is a detail in my case: A few while after I sent my case I found out that MY ABUSIVE EX infected me with HIV. I stated his abuse in the beginning of our relationship he was always insisting me to have UNPROTECTED "intimacy" with him and I only did that after the marriage because he was pressuring me. It happened that I found out that he infected me with that. I have all the proofs. I was tested before I accepted this requirement from him, and I showed him I was negative and asked him to do the same but he said he wouldn't need because if he had any disease he couldn't do the work he does (takes care of people with disabilities)...THE QUESTION IS: DOES IT HELP MY CASE AT ALL??? CAN I EXPEDITE MY CASE WITH THAT DISEASE???? I DIDN'T EVEN TELL MY LAWYER ABOUT THAT BECAUSE I FEEL SO LOST AND ASHAMED OF THIS SITUATION. NOT EVEN TELL ANYONE AROUND ME AND NOT GOING TO TELL CUZ I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE. MY CASE IS STUCK AND I AM HERE HIV POSITIVE BEGGING FOR TREATMENT AND TAKING THE RISK OF BEING DENIED TO THE BENEFITS DUE TO LACK OF PAPER. MEDICAID WAS DENIED EVEN HAVING THIS PRIMA FACIE. I CURRENTLY HAVE A PRIVATE FINANCIAL HELP FROM A LGBT PLACE FOR THE HIV MEDICATIONS BUT I DON'T KNOW FOR HOW LONG THEY WILL HELP ME WITH THAT. CAN THIS DISEASE HELP MY CASE???😭
