Case remains pending for Pd current
I have submitted 485 around march mid and finger prints was completed by april mid. On 30th May the staus changed to case remains pending. my priority date has always been current according to the visa bulletin. Not sure what is happening
EB1C category, country India. PD - Feb 2018
Anyone in the similar boat? Seems like a mistake from the USCIS side

my PD is March 2017.. Case submitted in Dec2023… Still no news!

Have you folks reached out to uscis or your attorneys? as this seems like a mistake

@Ank G there was a similar case in the community and it was just a minor glitch and went to new card being issued within a couple of days. Maybe look out for that and if not, call USCIS.

@Ank G opend expedite request month back no use. still waiting.hope fully theyxwill clear pending EMP based AOS back before physical year to utilize allocated numbers effectively.

my PD is April 2017, filed in Dec 2022. After reaching through senator, i was told they are using 2022 as my PD. I had gotten my PD updated to 2017 later because i didn’t have documents at the time of filing. got the new I140 in May 2023. Trying to get it fixed for a month, no response.

it happened to me as well. it took me 5months to get out of it. an interview was scheduled for me and I was waiting two months after interview to have decision.

my lawyer reached out to USCIS and they mentioned that my priority date remains current and my case has been transferred to a local field office. I don’t know what that means

@Lena h my PD is February 2018, which means that it is current according to the bulletin
btw, still no change on my status. seems like its stuck on case remains pending (21 days now)

how would i know what action i need to take?. also looks like uscis live agent is saying visa numbers have retrogressed for india. not sure what to believe at the moment. the best thing for me is to ignore and move on

yea, my lawyers recently file a 2nd service request as they didn’t get a response for the first one filed early June
