DS-260 timeline
hi guys,
my hubbies i601A was just approved, the DS-260 docs will be turned in by lawyer by end of this month, some we were working on them already.
hubb will need to go to Mexico Juarez consulate. how soon would we see the interview? I hear this is one of the quickest process, if so , could it be this year? or less then 1yr atleast. we have been in this process since Dec 2020. just trying to get an idea of when everyone got their appt #DS-260
medical Issues
so I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, MVP, thyroid disease, pericarditis, chronic Migraine headache and hyperthyroidism. however my thyroid was taken out to remove the cancer, so now I cancer free. I'd like to know if I can still expedite my vawa. for those who expedite because of medical issues can i expedite?

I have just been sent a request for evidence for my sponsor/spouse.
a bit of back story. my spouse was born in the US moved to the UK when she was 2 and lived there ever since. we both came to the US last year September and she secured a job in October (earning 28k). she filed her first tax form this year.
we got married in February and we filed then. we just received this RFE for the I864. what should we do?
