Has anyone gotten this message on the USCIS website?
“Estimated time until case decision:
Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You will be notified if you need to take any action.”
before I got that notice my case decision time was counting down from weeks. once I got to less than 1 week until case decision I got this message.

what is your priority date? Mine is Aug 25th and still waiting. Texas Service center. They are currently processing May

do not pay attention to that. it take 15 months for i130 if you’re us citizen. 3-5 year for green card.

mine stuck at taking longer than expected since July 2023 the process is just fucked up I see people who pd after me getting approved and even some 2024 got approved already don’t know how they work. totally fucked up system and government

@MX W...yep. I actually saw a few got approved in 5 months for I 130. Same PD date as mine and my receipt number was before theirs.

@Blessing Sonko ignore that. if you have a standalone 130 it’s 12.5-13 months now. yes there’s random approvals here or there and some AOS getting approved in 3 months that makes you angry but in general these take around a year to be approved so stop checking the progress tab because it will make you mad! I’m on my 3rd countdown to “taking longer than expected” so trust me… ignore it!
