could be updated medical if they haven’t asked for it as yet . but no way to be sure until you actually get the mail

@Henry Ezekiel mine is chicago too. same case around same PD 08 Sept 2021 I got first RFE in Oct 2021 for birth certificate I took medicals with me in June 2022 at Interview I got second RFE for more evidence on bonafide marriage in Jan 2024 which I replied to in April 2024. now waiting

your medical is probably expired since it was brought in 2021. it’s probably a new and updated medical with all the new vaccines you need. Thats my guess. the medicals since fall 2023 do not expire but the old ones do. @Henry Ezekiel

@estrella lopez initially some marriage questions where we met how we met who proposed first. where was the marriage then some yes and no questions for background checks and that’s it. she said case will be sent for review. it’s been a waiting game since then

I wonder what took them so many years to ask for evidence. system is crazy
