NBC "MSC" Receipt Notice
Hi everyone,
Please does USCIS ever assign concurrently filled AOS (i.e. before I-140 approval) a receipt no with "MSC" = National Benefit Center (NBC)? Or are receipt no of such cases usually assigned to either Texas or Nebraska before it is then transferred to NBC after I-140 approval?
Please your thoughts and experiences are appreciated.
