Trying to learn more
Are you one of the lucky December 23 filers? I understand and am prepared to wait another 6 months for approval but I am curious how some people are approved so rapidly. I would also like to help others with this process also.

usually those who get approved faster are the ones who file I-130+AOS, or people who expedited. other people apply for I129F and that seems to speed up the process sometimes. usually it takes 12/13 months now, 5/6 months ago it was only taking 10/11 months.

I submitted the k3 I129F visa for my husband 5 months ago and the I130 8 months ago and still no change, the I129F should speed up the process
