Recent EB1-1 140 approval time?
Hi, I'm waiting for the I-140 approval since I submitted January 21th, 2024.
I'm seriously considering to do premium processing if it will take over 7 months (~200days).
does anyone have idea on recent situation for this? or any recommendation really appreciated!

save your money unless you’re current.

Waiting since Dec 2023. Latest I have seen is Aug 2023 approval without PP.

my friend was just approved on 6/5/24 from Nebraska. she applied in September 2023. So I will say about 10 months. My advice is similar to Josh B's. If PD is current, then premium processing, else wait. Of cours, you can do premium processing for peace of mind. Best!
