Word or Encouragement
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to write this post for those who are waiting. As I’m waiting I often feel frustrated and anxious as I keep checking my status…nothing changes. We have all been waiting for a while, it doesn’t matter if we’re at the beginning of this journey or “slowly approaching the end”. All of your feelings are valid. How are you feeling today? How has this process been readying you? If there’s anything you’d like to share, feel free to do so.
To those who are already approved: “CONGRATULATIONS” all praise to the Most High! I hope that the rest of this “short” journey will be over soon and that you’ll be able to see your spouse or stay with your spouse without having to worry about USCIS anymore :)
Much love❤️
Decision Status Increased Significantly
I’m a Canadian citizen and my spouse is American who is sponsoring me.
We filed 1-130, 1-145, I-785 in August 2023. I was approved for I-785 (EOD) in November 2023 and received my EOD Card mid November 2023.
As of 1 week ago, our I-130 & I-485 decision status was 1 week away from being approved/denied.
As of yesterday, May 1st 2024, my case approval/denial decision time increased to 3 months.
We were both told that we wouldn’t be schedule for an interview, and our supporting evidence, which was completed in January 2023, was sufficient.
I was looking forward to visiting my family in Canada, but it looks like that won’t be happening anytime soon.
On the USCIS website, it says Concurrent Filing which I’ve never seen before.
🙏 I can visit my family in 🇨🇦 for Father’s Day this year.

I-751 California center with Waiver got approved without interview.
I applied I-751 with an Waiver on April 13, 2022, and got approved April 30, 2024 without an interview.
It took almost 2 years which is shorter than I expected for a waiver case.
I had been worried so much because they hadn't taken my finger print so long.
I didn't apply N400, and didn't have an interview even when I got I-485, too.
I am so happy, and thank god.
I wish everyone here would hear a good news soon.

does anyone has the same experience?
online account frozen on two years’s status.
I chatted with live agent, my case has been transfer to another field office and didn’t reflect on account.
I submitted change of address and the live agent confirms the address still with the old address.
my concern is if USCIS has sent any notice, how do I get notified?
